Use the Wireless (Wi-Fi) MAC
Make sure you copy the wireless MAC address, not the Ethernet/LAN MAC.
- On the TV, open Settings → Network.
- Open Wi-Fi / Wireless → Network status / About .
- Copy the Wireless MAC address.
Recover your internet access
Enter the M-Pesa receipt code you received after payment. We will find the original payment details automatically.
